THE STORE

This store sells digital benefits for AnarchyFFA. We are independent of Mojang Studios and Microsoft. The store currently sells one-time rank and kit unlocks, coin packages and a one-time kit cooldown reset. It does not offer subscriptions.

Prices are shown in GBP before you pay. Stripe processes payments; we do not collect or store your card number on this site.

DELIVERY USERNAME

Enter the Minecraft Java username that should receive the purchase. We look up the account and show its skin and name before checkout. Choosing a username does not prove that you own it, so check the delivery player carefully before paying.

Delivery follows the selected account's Minecraft UUID, so a later username change should not move the purchase to another player. If a purchase is missing, open a Discord ticket.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE

A rank unlocks its named kit and the kits below it in the rank ladder. The purchased rank's named kit has a cooldown 50% shorter than the server's configured length; lower kits keep their usual cooldowns unless separately purchased. Coins are added to the selected player's in-game balance. A one-time kit reset clears that player's kit cooldowns once; it is not a permanent cooldown reduction.

After Stripe confirms payment, delivery is queued for the Minecraft server. It usually happens quickly while the server is online. If the server is down or restarting, delivery waits until its store bridge reconnects. Keep your order number and contact us if an order does not arrive.

These are in-game benefits for AnarchyFFA. They cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred between Minecraft accounts through the store.

REFUNDS AND PROBLEMS

For a refund request, open a ticket in our Discord ↗ and explain your reason. Include the order number and delivery Minecraft username. We review each request, including mistaken purchases, missing delivery and items that are not as described.

Digital benefits may be delivered as soon as payment is confirmed. If you expressly agree to immediate supply and acknowledge the effect on your cancellation right at checkout, your statutory 14-day cancellation right may end when supply begins. This does not remove your rights if the digital content is faulty, not delivered or not as described. We will assess those cases under applicable consumer law.

SERVER RULES AND CHANGES

A purchase does not exempt anyone from server rules, including rules against cheating and abuse. Staff may suspend an account for rule-breaking. Rank perks, kits and shop prices can change as the game is balanced; a purchase does not guarantee that the game will stay unchanged forever.

If a material change or server issue affects something you bought, contact us through a Discord ticket so we can review the specific purchase and the remedies available.

PAYMENT PERMISSION

Only use a payment method you are authorised to use. If you are under 18, ask the cardholder or a parent or guardian for permission before buying. If you see a payment you do not recognise, contact the card issuer and open a Discord ticket so we can investigate.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms as the store changes. The date above shows the latest revision. The version displayed when you place an order applies to that purchase, subject to your legal rights.
